Date: July 22 and July 23
Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Place: At HSHS Gym
YOU NEED:
Parent/guardian must be present with student and all physicals will be collected.
Physical packets: will be available on date of exam or advance at Truth or Consequences Schools website, HSHS, TCMS, Transportation building or Ben Archer School Base Clinic.
