Our hospitality leader, Robin Wyatt, started a new positive trend at the high school. She gave Allison Sorg the first 'paw' on the back for her flexibility and good spirit when we had Arrive Alive presentations and the schedule was changed. Robin said "she handled it with a smile and great attitude"! Next meeting Allison will honor our next recipient! Looking forward to sharing great things teachers are doing.

Hot Spring High School collaborated with Truth or Consequences Police Department and Sierra County DWI Prevention Program to sponsor "Arrive Alive". The Arrive Alive Tour travels the US with their driving simulator giving students the opportunity to safely experience the effects of drinking and driving, drugged driving, and distracted driving (texting). We'd like to thank everyone involved for supporting this important prevention experience to educate our youth on the dangers of impaired and distracted driving.
