Arrey Elementary Principal, Veronica Acosta-Everhart, and the new data room that she and her teaching staff developed to monitor student achievement growth and progress in mathematics and reading. 📊📖🔢





Our hospitality leader, Robin Wyatt, started a new positive trend at the high school.
She gave Allison Sorg the first 'paw' on the back for her flexibility and good spirit when we had Arrive Alive presentations and the schedule was changed. Robin said "she handled it with a smile and great attitude"!
Next meeting Allison will honor our next recipient! Looking forward to sharing great things teachers are doing.


Our Tiger HOSA team competed in Health Career Photography and Biomedical Debate. They also had the opportunity to tour Health Sciences, Leadership Workshops and Anatomy.





Opening ceremonies for our HOSA future health professionals state leadership conferences including NMAA competition!

Superintendent Segura’s Tiger 🐯 Class Tour is moving along with Ms. Keely Vickers’ 1st grade class at TCES/SEC! They are celebrating Dr. Seuss week and invited Dr. Segura to read a book 📕 to them during circle time!





It was a Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat kind of day at TCES/SEC!




On February 25th, four of our HSHS Tiger cadets competed in El Paso and shot at Ysleta High School's Amigo Rifle Meet. Way to go!

Food Science( all mid school kiddos) placed 16th

Land 2nd team 2 placed 13th
Livestock team 1 32nd and team two placed 25th and our 4H team placed 24th
Pasture and Range team 1 placed 1st and team 2 placed 4th
Dawson Gurule was 2nd high individual and Aubrie Carter was 3rd high Preston Wood was 7th high individual
Wildlife team 1 placed 29th and team 2 placed 45th
It was an early morning and so good to be able to be going to invitationals again. The last one we attended was in Carrizozo in 2020.

TCMSD hosted NMPED Secretary of Education, Dr. Kurt Steinhaus, and SW Regional Superintendents, at Hot Springs High School. Superintendent Segura, Board President LaFont, and Board Member Hedge took Dr. Steinhaus to our local mom and pop restaurant Johnny B’s for lunch.
